माननीय न्यायालय ने अपने आदेश में टिप्पणी की कि थार मरुस्थल की संवेदनशील पारिस्थितिकी काले हिरण और चिंकारा जैसे शाकाहारी जीवों के प्राकृतिक संतुलन पर निर्भर है। न्यायालय ने घटना के समय स्थानीय ग्रामीणों और बिश्नोई युवाओं द्वारा त्वरित साक्ष्य संकलन, वाहन नंबर व लोकेशन रिकॉर्डिंग की सराहना की।

The bench observed that the arid ecosystem of the Thar relies delicately on herbivore grazers like the Indian Gazelle (Chinkara) and Blackbuck. The Court commended the prompt evidentiary vigilance of local Bishnoi villagers who documented firearms evidence and vehicle tracks, turning over critical forensic material to the police and forest range officers.
The ruling sets a firm precedent that offences committed against desert wildlife will face expedited trial proceedings with strict evidentiary presumptions against illegal possession of venison or trophy materials.
