By creating an account, enrolling in courses, or taking mock examinations on Bishnoi Vidya Peeth, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the institution.
2. Account Responsibility & Concurrent Access
Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Account credentials may not be shared, pooled, or leased. Simultaneous concurrent sessions originating from disparate IP locations may trigger automated security suspension.
3. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All curriculum architecture, lecture recordings, research on Guru Jambheshwar Ji and the 29 principles, test series questions, and downloadable study guides are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized redistribution, pirated distribution on Telegram/YouTube, or commercial reselling is strictly actionable under law.
4. Modifications & Judicial Jurisdiction
Vidya Peeth reserves the right to modify curriculum offerings and fee structures. Any disputes arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur/Bikaner (Rajasthan), India.
