For premium paid courses, learners may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that less than 15% of the course curriculum has been accessed and no included test papers have been attempted.
3. Test Series & Digital Download Non-Refundability
Mock examinations, downloadable PDF dossiers, and question bank subscriptions are non-refundable once an assessment has been initiated or the study files downloaded, due to the irrevocable disclosure of proprietary examination intellectual property.
4. Failed Transactions & Duplicate Deductions
In the event of network timeouts where funds are debited without order entitlement generation, automated gateway reconciliation via Razorpay refunds the full amount to the original source account within 5 to 7 business banking days.
